Orchard is a free ,open source and powerful content management system developed in .Net Framework. If you facing problem with "The resource cannot be found" in Orchard CMS.
You first need to check its log file which located into "Orchard.Web\App_Data\Logs"
You will see Debug and Error file there like "orchard-error-2015.10.08.log" , You need double click on current dates file
Now you can read and understand what is the problem.
